User Content

You retain ownership of any songs, lyrics, or creative content you create using JamSeed. By using the service, you grant JamSeed a limited license to store and process this content solely to operate and improve the app.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some JamSeed features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing, and renewal terms are disclosed at the time of purchase through the App Store or Google Play.

Subscriptions are managed by the platform provider. JamSeed does not control refunds, cancellations, or billing disputes, which must be handled through the applicable app store.

Intellectual Property

JamSeed and all related trademarks, logos, software, and content are owned by JamSeed or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without permission.

JamSeed is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that generated suggestions will meet your creative expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JamSeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to JamSeed at any time if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could cause harm or legal exposure.
